Josh Allen leads our 2026 quarterback projections at 361.1 PPR points. The board separates early: 43 points divide QB1 from QB2, so the first few quarterbacks sit in a tier of their own before Jayden Daniels begins the next group. Smaller steps follow after QB28, QB31. Depth is the story below that: QB12 projects 292.6, and 8 more quarterbacks land within ten percent of him, so the difference between a late starter and a waiver add is small.

Common questions
How many quarterbacks should I draft?
Most single-quarterback leagues need one, and many managers take a second late as insurance or a matchup play. Because the position is deep, waiting is a defensible strategy: the gap between QB6 and QB12 is usually far smaller than the gap between RB6 and RB12.
Do quarterback projections change between PPR and standard?
Barely. Quarterbacks rarely catch passes, so their totals are close to identical in all three formats. The scoring toggle matters far more at running back, receiver and tight end.
What makes a quarterback projection move most?
Rushing volume. Passing yards and touchdowns are relatively predictable across a season; a quarterback who runs adds points no pocket passer can match, which is why the top of the position is dominated by mobile starters.
